New client learns we’re serious about service
It’s a big boost for our technicians and office staff whenever a client takes the time to write to us and thank us for a job well done.
Lately, we’ve been getting solid reviews about our Preventive Maintenance Agreement. Here’s a sampling of a recent note from a new Preventive Maintenance Agreement customer
Six months into the contract. I have had one major preventive maintenance service with a filter change and it went well. I have also had two major breakdowns, and the service was second to none. The first breakdown was a fan motor that lost a set of bearings; I made a call at 5:15 p.m. and was back on line the next morning with a new motor installed.
Every time I have had a service call, the team is here right away with the mission to get us back on line as soon as possible. In my 25 years in Hospitality and the Maintenance field, it has been a long time since I met people with the go-the-extra mile attitude that Tudi Mechanical has.
